BREATHE IN...BREATHE OUT

Breathe in...Breathe out...that is my motto lately with my very energetic, spunky, sassy, determined, inquisitive, curious, but oh so lovable almost 2 year old daughter.

Halainah is into everything. Her little hands are always above her head reaching high to get into everything she is not supposed to get into. If she is quiet for too long...well that means she probably is getting into some sort of trouble. Draws, closets, cabinets, bags, and boxes are not safe. She will empty all of their contents if you do not catch her.

A few minutes ago, Halainah was eating lunch in her highchair. I was washing dishes. As she was eating I heard her blowing hard through her nose. So I turned around to find her shoving peas in her nose and trying to shoot them out by blowing hard. Oh and yes she did manage to shoot one across the room. And then attempted to shove another one up there.

Oh I feel I am really in for some really terrible "Terrible 2's."

Breathe in...Breathe out!

HA HA-That's AWESOME!!! But she's still so pretty even with peas in her nose!

-When I was her age I did that with raisins and my Mom didn't know until I started to develop an upper respiratory infection, took me to the doctor who found them nearly a week later...(I wasn't blowing them out, just shoving them in there...lol) so they had to hold me down to get them out. And yes I WAS quite a handful as a kid.

My girl turned 2 yesterday and she's into everything too. One word. Prayer.

:-)

So cute! Love the peas in her nose pictures.

It reminds me of Luca getting a soy bean stuck in his nose at the fair. It was too far to get out and then ended up switching to the other nostril (had gone further up his nose and then transferred over)....we then got him to breathe out hard through his nose and out it came.

Kids are so funny and explorative.
