"And Jesus said unto them ... , "If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to younder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible to you."
~Romans 1:17~
My husband and I hold tight to this verse. Our journey to our daughter Halainah through International Adoption was a rough road. Our vision was blocked a hundred times. Obstacle after obstacle and mountain after mountain popped out of nowhere at times. We never doubted the Lord's power, but at times we were so very weak. Looking back at our journey now, it is clear that it was the most miraculous journey. A journey made possible by the Lord for it was he that moved our mountains and brought our daughter into our aching arms. Our daughter Halainah Grace is his miracle.

What a wonderful and encouraging story! I have to believe that someone on this blog hop will be in the midst of an adoption struggle and will need to read this today! So glad that you finally got your sweet little girl!
I love that verse. Here is mine:

Great words of encouragement through your passage. You are a true testimony of faith and perserverance. Can you imagine where you would be if you hadn't stayed fast in the Lord? He has brought you far with your daughter and I am happy to see that!
I love how you mention your weakness while following. I think so many times we get wrapped up thinking we must not be following if we grow weary. NOT SO!!! That's when his strength is made perfect!
THANK YOU for coming by and for following. I am always blessed when people chose to spend time with me because there is only so much time in a day. We have two set of friends who have adopted three little girls from China. WHAT a process but what a BLESSING!!
Thank you so much for your encouragement. Tomorrow is another post on “What would your children say?” “Wednesday” It’s going to be fun sharing all those wonderful adventures our children do and say. If you don’t have a kid, feel free to post something about your furry four legged family member. I can’t wait. Please tell us all about them. Hope to see you tomorrow. Go to the logo that says “What would your children say?” “Wednesday”, for full details.
hopping on by. excellent Bible verse, and the way you can relate it to your own life experiences.
What an encouraging blog entry. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment on my blog. Have a great week! :-)
